Expatriates and their families face unique challenges. They must adjust to new cultures and cope with feelings of dislocation, isolation and stress. Yun Pang has extensive experience in working with expatriates and third culture kids. She has lived and worked in many countries. Her international experience equips her with a deep understanding of the complexities of living overseas. She has worked with many expats and their families from international organizations, MNC and international schools.
Yun has conducted lectures and workshops for the USIEF – Fulbright Commission and other exchange students’ programs on cultural shock and mental health. She has given talks for the American Women’s Association and the American Embassy School in New Delhi on navigating transitions. Yun is on the providers list for embassies and international schools.
Yun has also worked as a cross-cultural consultant in New York providing trainings to corporations and NGOs on diversity and cross-cultural competence. Her cross-cultural and international experience combined with her psychotherapy expertise provides her with a unique set of tools and modalities to work with the expatriate community.
